Metric Flow provides an AI receptionist and appointment-management service for home service businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Metric Flow or complete our setup process.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide during setup, including business contact details, service areas, hours, services, booking preferences, and dashboard account details. We also process customer conversation, call, message, and appointment information needed to provide the service.

Google Calendar information

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Metric Flow accesses calendar information only to check availability and create, update, or cancel appointments for your business. We store the authorization token required to maintain that connection and the calendar identifier associated with your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Metric Flow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to set up and operate your AI receptionist, respond to and route customer communications, manage appointments, send service-related notifications, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability.

How information is shared

We use service providers to operate Metric Flow, including infrastructure, database, communications, email, AI, and calendar providers. We share information with those providers only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Metric Flow, our customers, or others. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your business information, or ask us to disconnect Google Calendar access, by contacting us. You can also revoke Metric Flow's Google access through your Google Account security settings.
