These Terms of Service govern your use of Metric Flow, an AI receptionist and appointment-management service for home service businesses. By using Metric Flow, you agree to these terms.

Using Metric Flow

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, scheduling, and contact information you provide. You must use Metric Flow lawfully and only for your business. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated messages, calls, and appointment communications complies with applicable law and customer-consent requirements.

Connected services

You may choose to connect services such as Google Calendar. You authorize Metric Flow to access the connected service only as necessary to provide the features you enable. You may disconnect a connected service at any time, though related features may stop working.

Service availability

Metric Flow depends on third-party providers and internet connectivity. We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. You should maintain reasonable business processes for urgent customer requests and scheduling decisions.

Fees and trials

Any trial length, price, and billing terms presented during signup apply to your account. Charges begin only as described during signup or in a separate written agreement. You may cancel according to the cancellation process provided for your account.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you provide to Metric Flow. You grant Metric Flow permission to process that information solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metric Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
